Color Confidence
I am a Shannon Brinkley Studio Certified Teacher.
I offer many different lectures and workshops that help quilters, or any crafter, how to learn more about color. Lectures run about an hour to an hour and a half with Q&A and trunk show. Workshops can be half day, 3 hours, or full day, 6 hours. They range from the basic, "Color Confidence", to more in-depth workshops about "Texture and Scale: How to Use Them". Below is a sampling of some of my lectures and workshops.

These lectures and workshops are appropriate for beginner to experienced quilters alike. I mainly teach at guilds and stores but am open to new possibilities.

Lectures and Workshops
Color Confidence
Lecture
This lecture takes students through the basics of what a color is and how they affect one another. It will teach how to look at colors, and fabrics, differently.
Neutrals are Nice
Half Day Workshop
This workshop gives students the opportunity to make a neutrals color wheel with either their own or supplied fabric. Students will see how neutral fabrics interact with colored and printed fabrics.
Texture and Scale:
How to Use Them
Full Day Workshop
This workshop covers scale in printed fabrics the first half of the day. The second half of the day will be dedicated to texture. There will be small projects to implement what the students have learned.
